Scholarly Paper Uses ICL as Civic Leadership Case Study.

Dr. Bill Watt and Dr. Drew Ziegler (ICL Board members) and colleague Brandon Miller, prepared a scholarly paper for presentation at the Central States Communication Association annual conference in Cincinnati, Ohio. Watt and Miller attended the conferecne and presented the paper in April 2010.
